Claire had a listing in WCC which our initial agent brought us to see. Interestingly, that home did not have ANY of the requirements that we had specified to our agent and that is why we released that agent. Andi and I were both so impressed with Claire's professionalism and knowledge of Boca and all the Country Clubs, that we instantly both agreed to ask her to help us in our quest for the perfect neighborhood "for us".
Claire clearly understood our criteria and actually helped us fine tune them!
The next day - she showed us 5 homes which met our criteria. She then helped greatly with the negotiation process. I am an attorney in DC and have done many real estate deal, but never worked with someone who was so in tune with and could navigate those nitty gritty detailed roadblocks, so well: Inspections, Coordination between Attorneys, Inspectors, Repair men.
She did not miss any minute detail.
We had a six month closing and frankly I was pleasantly shocked that she kept in constant contact, assisted the entire presettlement process and has continued to be not only a professional upon whom we relied, but has become a friend.
